Congratulations to the recipients of the USC Dornsife Communicator of the Year Awards! These awards recognize USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences faculty and graduate students who have enhanced the public’s understanding of complex issues, influenced policy development, and enriched public discourse.

Among the 5 awardees is Wrigley Institute faculty affiliate William Deverell, professor of history, spatial sciences, and environmental studies and director of the Huntington-USC Institute on California and the West (ICW), who was recognized for his historical scholarship, leadership of the “Western Edition” podcast, and dedication to community engagement.
